This collaboration was built from two days: practice from the GEICO support boat near Coachman Park (launch/staging), then race day for hero passes with the event environment in frame. Clearwater-a contrast in one location-race-day energy, the pier crowd, and a coastline that can feel calm one minute and violent the next. The sequence starts wide and fast, then tightens into details and finishes with atmosphere.
Race day was about hero frames—Miss GEICO moving at speed with the real event environment behind it: yachts, boats, and the feeling of a big weekend on the water. The goal wasn’t to document every boat—it was to make this boat look unmistakable.
Day 1 was the opposite pace: launches and staging at Coachman Park, then out on the GEICO support boat for practice runs—close, controlled, and built for camera angles you can’t get from shore.
From the support boat, practice runs became pure motion design—spray, rooster tails, shoreline, and that neon GEICO silhouette cutting through the frame. These are the shots that sell speed without needing a full grid of competitors.
Once we captured the scale, the story tightens—branding, surfaces, and the “built to win” details that separate race hardware from everything else on the water.
From the support boat, Miss GEICO reads differently—less spectator, more BTS. Cleaner angles, a closer perspective, and a rear 3/4 hero of the boat before the race day passes.
