You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting us as described in Section 15. We may still send you non-marketing, operational communications (e.g., Booking confirmations and Release updates).
5. Payment Processing
Payments are typically processed by third-party payment processors and/or ticketing software providers. We do not store full payment card details except to the extent provided through and governed by such providers. Any payment processing is subject to the payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (including pixels and tags) to operate the Digital Platforms, facilitate navigation, remember preferences, improve performance, support security and fraud prevention, and measure marketing effectiveness.
We use a cookie consent tool that allows visitors to manage cookie preferences and, where enabled, blocks non-essential scripts until consent is recorded. If you change your cookie preferences, certain features of the Digital Platforms may not function properly.
You can also control cookies through your browser settings. Please see our Cookie Policy (if posted) for additional information.
7. Advertising and analytics provided by others
We may use third-party analytics and advertising technologies to help us understand how visitors use the Digital Platforms and to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns (including social media ads). These providers may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, and similar technologies to collect information about your interactions with the Digital Platforms and, in some cases, other websites or apps (for example: IP address, browser information, pages viewed, time spent, and links clicked).
This information may be used to (a) analyze and improve the Digital Platforms, (b) measure campaign effectiveness, and (c) where applicable, deliver advertising that is more relevant to your interests (sometimes called “targeted advertising” or “retargeting”).
In some states, certain uses of these technologies may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. Where applicable, you may opt out as described in Section 15.
8. Links to other websites
The Digital Platforms may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of those sites.
9. Social sharing features
The Digital Platforms may offer social sharing features or integrations (for example, buttons or embedded content that allow you to share links or interact with social media platforms). Your use of these features may allow the third-party platform to collect information about your activity, subject to that third party’s privacy policy and your settings with that platform. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party platforms.
10. Age eligibility
SiniWorks Releases are not available to individuals under the Legal Drinking Age as defined in our Booking Terms & Conditions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals who are not eligible to attend Releases. If you believe an ineligible person has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.
11. Your U.S. Privacy Rights and Choices (where applicable)
Depending on your state of residence and subject to certain exceptions, you may have the right to request:
- Access to the personal information we hold about you
- Correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion of personal information
- A copy of certain information in a portable format
- To opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising and certain disclosures of personal information
How to submit a request: Contact us using the information in Section 15. We may verify your identity before completing certain requests.
Appeals (where required): If we deny a request, you may have the right to appeal. To appeal, reply to our response with “Privacy appeal” in the subject line and include the details of your request.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
11.1 State-specific privacy information (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Montana, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia)
Residents of certain U.S. states, including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Montana, Oregon, Texas, and Virginia, may have additional rights or notice requirements under applicable state privacy laws. These rights vary by state and may apply only where a particular law applies to SiniWorks based on statutory criteria. Where applicable, state-specific rights may include one or more of the following, in addition to the rights described in Section 11:
- The right to opt out of processing for targeted advertising/retargeting
- The right to opt out of certain disclosures that may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising under some state laws
- The right to opt out of certain forms of profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects (where applicable)
- The right to appeal our decision if we deny a request (where required)
How to exercise state privacy rights: Submit your request as described in Section 15. If we offer cookie preference controls on the Digital Platforms, you may also use those controls to manage certain advertising/retargeting technologies.
California privacy rights (summary): If you are a California resident, you may have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we collected about you, the sources of that information, and our business purposes for collecting it; to request deletion and correction (subject to exceptions); and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as those terms may be defined under California law), including for targeted advertising. You may exercise these rights via Section 15 and/or any cookie preference controls we make available on the Digital Platforms.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide an opt-out mechanism (for example, a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and/or cookie preference controls) for targeted advertising and related disclosures.
12. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Digital Platforms, administer Private Access and Releases/Bookings, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
13. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards may include access controls, secure hosting, and other security measures appropriate to the nature of the information we process.
No method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Accordingly, while we strive to protect personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a security incident affecting personal information, we will take reasonable steps to investigate and respond, and we will provide any notices required by applicable law.
Payments are typically processed by third-party payment processors and/or ticketing software providers. Those providers maintain their own security and compliance programs (including, where applicable, Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS)). SiniWorks does not store full payment card numbers except to the extent provided through and governed by such providers.
14. Changes to this Privacy Notice
We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our Digital Platforms and will be effective when posted. Your continued use after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Notice.
