SiniWorks, LLC (“SiniWorks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may, from time to time, reference, review, or recommend third-party products, services, venues, or providers on our website, emails, and social media.
Some links may be “affiliate links,” meaning that if you click a link and make a purchase, SiniWorks may receive compensation such as a commission. SiniWorks may also, from time to time, publish sponsored content or receive other forms of value in connection with content (for example, a fee, complimentary access, or products/services provided for evaluation). When a material connection exists, we will provide clear and conspicuous disclosures in proximity to the relevant content or link.
Your price is not increased by our use of affiliate links unless expressly stated by the third party. You are responsible for evaluating whether any third-party product or service is right for you. Third-party websites and providers have their own terms, privacy practices, and policies, and SiniWorks is not responsible for third-party products, services, performance, pricing, or fulfillment.

SiniWorks may receive limited reporting (such as click activity and confirmation that a purchase occurred), but payment processing and the collection of payment details are handled by the third-party merchant under its terms and privacy practices.
No travel sales. For clarity, nothing in this disclosure changes SiniWorks’ position that it does not sell, arrange, book, or act as an agent for travel-related services. Any travel-related bookings (if applicable to a Release) are made directly between Guests and third-party Service Providers under their terms and the SiniWorks Booking Terms & Conditions.
SiniWorks does not use affiliate links for travel-related services (including lodging, airfare, or charters). Any travel-related bookings are made directly with third-party Service Providers, and SiniWorks does not receive commissions or referral fees from those bookings.”
