The website is available for your use only on the condition that you agree to these terms of use. By accessing/using the website, you are signifying your agreement to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to these terms of use, you must not use our website. It is recommended that you print a copy of these terms for future reference.
Please note: the Releases advertised on the website cannot be booked by individuals under the age of 21. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of booking and have the legal capacity and authority to book the services.
4. Certain other actions imply agreement to additional terms
In addition to these terms of use, there may also be specific terms (“additional terms”) which govern your use of, and access to, particular sections of the website. Since you are also bound by these additional terms, you should review them wherever they are offered to you. Certain actions, payments, or other affirmative steps on your part may mean that such services are subject to separate terms or a separate agreement. When this happens, additional terms may be presented to you through a hyperlink associated with the relevant service. For Bookings, Guests must affirmatively accept the Booking Terms & Conditions at the time of Booking (for example, via a required checkbox or similar acknowledgment).

If you are a consumer and you are making a Booking with us, our Booking Terms and Conditions (‘Booking Terms’) will apply to that booking.
If you are a Partner and you have an agreement/contract in place with SiniWorks, the terms of that agreement/contract will apply.
5. Limited License
SiniWorks is the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in and on the website, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
SiniWorks grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, revocable license to:
(a) access and use the website, content and services only; and
(b) access and use the website, content and services in the manner presented by SiniWorks only.
None of the content and/or information may be reverse-engineered, modified, reproduced, republished, translated into any other language or computer language, re-transmitted in any form or by any means, resold or redistributed without the prior written consent of SiniWorks. You may not make, sell, offer for sale, modify, reproduce, display, publicly perform, import, distribute, retransmit or otherwise use the content in any way, unless expressly permitted to do so by SiniWorks.

The website may contain links to third-party websites and resources (“Linked Sites”). Linked Sites are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by SiniWorks. SiniWorks makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, performance, quality, or security of any content, software, service, or application found at any Linked Site. SiniWorks is not responsible for the availability of any Linked Site or the content, products, services, or activities of Linked Sites. If you decide to access Linked Sites, you do so at your own risk, and your use of Linked Sites may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
Affiliate and Sponsored Content. From time to time, SiniWorks may publish affiliate content or sponsored content and will provide clear disclosures where required by applicable law.
No Travel Booking Compensation. Nothing in this section changes SiniWorks’ position that it does not sell, arrange, book, or act as an agent for travel-related services. Any Release-related travel arrangements (if any) are booked directly by Guests with third-party Service Providers under the Booking Terms & Conditions, and SiniWorks does not receive compensation, commissions, or referral fees from third-party travel providers in connection with Guest bookings.
7. Inbound links
SiniWorks permits you to link to the SiniWorks home page using a plain-text link, provided you do so in a fair and legal manner and do not damage SiniWorks’ reputation or take advantage of it. Any other linking to the Website (including linking to internal pages) is prohibited unless SiniWorks provides prior written consent in a separate agreement that clearly describes the rights and responsibilities relating to such linking.
Without limiting the foregoing, any website, application, or other device that links to the SiniWorks home page (or any authorized page, if applicable) is prohibited from:
(a) copying, replicating, scraping, reproducing, or republishing any Website content or Release information;
(b) framing, mirroring, embedding, or displaying the Website (or any portion of it) within a browser frame, border environment, or wrapper, or otherwise presenting it in a manner that suggests it is part of another site or service;
(c) creating, hosting, or promoting any page that imitates or could reasonably be confused with a SiniWorks page, Release page, or checkout/payment page;
(d) implying, directly or indirectly, that SiniWorks endorses any third party or its products or services without SiniWorks’ express written permission;
(e) misrepresenting any relationship with SiniWorks or presenting false, misleading, or inaccurate information about SiniWorks or any Release; or
(f) using any SiniWorks name, logo, trademarks, service marks, trade dress, or branding without SiniWorks’ express written permission.
SiniWorks reserves the right to withdraw linking permission at any time without notice.
8. Authorized Purchase Channels; Fraud
Tickets, deposits, and any other payments for SiniWorks Releases may be made only through SiniWorks’ official Digital Platforms and official checkout pages that SiniWorks controls. SiniWorks is not responsible for, and will not honor, any payments made to third parties or through unauthorized websites, links, payment requests, wire instructions, invoices, or gateways. If you are directed to submit payment outside of SiniWorks’ official checkout flow, it is unauthorized and may be fraudulent. Guests are responsible for verifying they are on an official SiniWorks domain and official checkout process before submitting payment.
SiniWorks has no affiliation with any unauthorized website or person that copies, republishes, frames, mirrors, embeds, or otherwise presents SiniWorks content, Release pages, or branding, or that purports to sell or accept payment for SiniWorks Releases.
9. Modifications to the Terms
SiniWorks may revise and update these terms of use at any time. Every time you wish to use the website, please check these terms to ensure you understand the terms that apply at the time. Your continued usage of the website after any changes to these terms of use means you accept those changes.
10. Modifications to the Information
While SiniWorks has made every effort to ensure that information on the website is free from error, SiniWorks does not warrant the accuracy, adequacy or completeness of material on this website. All information may be changed, supplemented, deleted or updated without notice at the sole discretion of SiniWorks. SiniWorks recommends that you seek independent advice before acting upon material on this website.
SiniWorks may suspend, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of the website for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

11. SiniWorks may transfer this agreement upon sale
SiniWorks may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms to another organization.

While SiniWorks has made every effort to ensure that systems and information available on the website is and shall be free from error, SiniWorks does not guarantee that the website will be free from viruses or that access to the website will be uninterrupted.

This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by SiniWorks’ negligence or the negligence of SiniWorks employees, agents, subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising as a result of any Releases to you, which will be set out in our Booking Terms.
SiniWorks only provides the website for domestic and private use. You agree not to use the website for any commercial or business purposes, and in no event shall SiniWorks be liable for any incidental, indirect, exemplary, punitive and/or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption resulting from the use of or inability to use the website.
If you are a business user:
Different limitations and exclusions of liability will apply to liability arising in accordance with any agreement / contract you have in place with SiniWorks.
SiniWorks excludes all implied conditions, warranties, representation or other terms that may apply to the website or any content on it. SiniWorks will not be liable to you for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, even if foreseeable, arising under or in connection with:
• Use of, or inability to use, the website;
• Use of or reliance on any content displayed on the website.

The governing law and jurisdiction in respect of these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation will depend upon the country of incorporation of SiniWorks, LLC. You and we both agree that:
For SiniWorks websites with a .com domain, these Terms of Use are governed by Florida law. This does not override the dispute-resolution terms that apply to Bookings and Releases under the Booking Terms & Conditions.. Disputes arising from a Booking or a Release are governed by the Booking Terms & Conditions, including any required informal resolution, small-claims carve-out, and arbitration provisions. In the event of any conflict between these Terms of Use and the Booking Terms & Conditions regarding a Booking or a Release, the Booking Terms & Conditions control.
If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Florida.
